Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join KVC Consultants Ltd. If you are comfortable working from the office and come from a technical background, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in HR. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from designing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and building a robust talent pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and update job descriptions tailored for technical roles.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive technical candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms, focusing on technical qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests as part of the assessment process.
  • Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

Required Profile:

  • Candidate should be a Graduate with a B.Tech or BCA degree.
  • Candidate should be inclined to work in Recruitment.
  • Candidate should have decent communication skills.
