We're looking for a driven and people-focused US Recruiter to help us attract top talent across the United States. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and play a key role in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: US Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter/Sr Technical Recruiter
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Depends on Business Requirement)
Experience: 0 - 5 years in US Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles across the US market
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and manage feedback loops
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and tracking tools
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for the US market
- Hands-on hiring experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and sourcing strategies
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with staffing/consulting firms or in-house US hiring teams
- Familiarity with US employment laws and hiring compliance
- Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles
