Job Description

We're looking for a driven and people-focused US Recruiter to help us attract top talent across the United States. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and play a key role in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: US Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter/Sr Technical Recruiter

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Depends on Business Requirement)

Experience: 0 - 5 years in US Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles across the US market
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and manage feedback loops
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and tracking tools
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting for the US market
  • Hands-on hiring experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with staffing/consulting firms or in-house US hiring teams
  • Familiarity with US employment laws and hiring compliance
  • Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles
