About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter specialized in the Indian Staffing market to join our growing team in Coimbatore. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent for diverse requirements across the Indian landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize primary Indian job portals (Naukri, Monster/Foundit, LinkedIn) and niche platforms to find high-quality candidates.
- Decode complex job descriptions for roles such as Oracle Consultants, ERP Architects, and Full-stack Developers to ensure a precise match.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and manage salary negotiations in line with Indian market standards and client budgets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of proven experience specifically in India IT Staffing.
- Deep understanding of the Indian tech talent market, notice periods (buy-outs), and local compensation structures.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel for data tracking.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
