About the Role
This is IC role
We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Domestic Recruitment and be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions across India.
- Should have experience using ATS
- Understand technical requirements and effectively source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening and coordinate technical/interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and drive candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with strong exposure to Domestic Hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for technical/IT roles across various skill sets.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of the Indian IT talent market.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
- BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates currently residing within approximately 10 km of our Magarpatta, Pune office are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 2 weeks preferred.
