Role & responsibilities - Good knowledge on US recruitment life cycle.
- Aggressive candidate who will work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to gather requirements and responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains.
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited job boards, social networking sites and internal database.
- Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.
- Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement
- Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the Account managers to get a feedback on the interviewed candidate.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and Oral)
- Experience with various tax terms (Preferably W2) & Visas
- Should be good with technologies and should have an understanding of various IT terminologies
- Good Interviewing Techniques
- Good with MS Office
- Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
