• Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial communication with applicants
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate data in the tracking system
• Support the HR team in building a strong talent pipeline

• Students pursuing HR/Management/IT or recent graduates
• Passionate about recruitment and the tech industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of technical roles is a plus
• Eager to learn and take initiative

• Real-world experience in IT recruitment
• Exposure to various sourcing tools and strategies
