Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and experience.

Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Submit qualified candidates to clients within defined timelines.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

Negotiate salary/rate and employment terms with candidates.

Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).

Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.

Familiarity with US visa types (GC, USC, GCEAD).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using ATS and job portal.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree/ Master's degree in any field.
