Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing, Screening and posting requirements on Job-Boards Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.

Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements

Conducting professional assessment over the telephone for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.

Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based teams to assist them with HR and recruiting projects in various different domains.


Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills

Atleast 1 year of experience in US Staffing/IT Staffing.

Very good communication skills

Good understanding of both domains based and technology based recruiting.

Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources

Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.

Selected Candidate should be ready to work at night (open to support all times zones like EST, CST, MST and PST).

Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate

Location: Bangalore
