About the Role

Infojini is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to begin their career in US IT Recruitment. The role involves sourcing IT candidates, understanding job requirements, screening profiles, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements.
• Identify and shortlist candidates based on technical and communication skills.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 months of internship experience is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with relevant HR/Recruitment/US IT Recruitment internship experience are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
