Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Lucknow Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles such as Developers, Testers, Analysts, Engineers, and Support roles
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience in startup or consultancy hiring
Knowledge of contract hiring or lateral hiring
Familiarity with technical screening questions
