Deltatre is scaling its presence in India, and we need a sharp technical recruiter who speaks the language of devs and knows how to close top talent. This isn't a role where you'll be left on an island. You will be a key pillar of our global Talent Acquisition team of four, reporting directly to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition in Europe.
You'll be joining a tight-knit global TA team of four. This means you get the best of both worlds: the autonomy to drive the end-to-end process in India, and the strategic support of a seasoned European leadership team.
This role is specifically designed to manage our talent operations within the Indian hub, providing a bridge between local expertise and global strategy.
In Mumbai, you'll work alongside our local People Team and collaborate closely with our Country Manager, who takes an active interest in our growth and supports the Talent Acquisition team in the final validation of top-tier candidates.
