Role Summary:
The IT/Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT/Non IT professionals to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT and Non IT roles and technologies (Software Development, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Business Analysis etc.).
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess technical profiles and match them with job requirements.
- Time management and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience (depending on the role level).
