Willingness to work from office- Bangalore

We are looking for a creative and innovative Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role will support recruiting efforts across our business verticals and corporate units, playing a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and providing full lifecycle recruitment support, from initial outreach through to hiring. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, security/suitability points of contact, and candidates to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of full-lifecycle Indian technical recruiting experience.

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).

  • Background in Technical IT, Data Engineering, or development to support technical recruiting.

  • Proficiency in intake calls, sourcing, maintaining a positive customer experience, conflict management, and creative problem-solving.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred).
  • Extensive experience with job boards and social media platforms (strong LinkedIn presence preferred).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, with a focus on senior or specialized roles, preferably within the consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting desk while simultaneously managing a client book of business.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g.,Zoho, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills (detail-oriented).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks on time.
  • Preferred:
  • Recruiting certifications/training.
  • Experience in talent acquisition for IT
  • Ability to write and edit process updates/changes.
  • Interest in joining a team that values high-quality work, professionalism, and diversity.
