Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable profiles
- Understand job requirements and submit candidate profiles on time
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and trackers
- Support offer and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR preferred
- Ready to learn US staffing concepts (W2, C2C, H1B, etc.
