Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, clinical, pharmaceutical, quality, validation, and related technical positions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US Non-IT technical positions across various domains, including Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations.
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Understand and effectively work with various US employment and tax terms, including:
- W2, C2C, C2H,1099, Direct Hire, Contract
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview updates, and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, business development teams, and clients to understand hiring priorities and meet recruitment targets.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, turnaround times, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical and professional positions within Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory domains.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Working knowledge of major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in sourcing through multiple job boards and social networking platforms.
- Thorough understanding of US tax terms and employment classifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
