Technical Recruiter (Fresher/Junior)

Position: Talent Scout

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 3-6 months in Domestic/India staffing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals.
• Screen candidate profiles and evaluate their technical qualifications.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technology talent.
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the IT hiring landscape.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers/Junior are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech / BE (Computer Science or related Technology discipline)
• MCA
• BCA
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology-related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
