Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team at our Pitampura office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to close technical positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
