Job Description

Responsible for sourcing & screening resumes for APAC staffing, conducting recruitment, scheduling & interviewing candidates, discussing offer both for junior and middle positions.
Assist in hiring by screening and interviewing candidates.
Developing innovative pre joining strategy, maintaining regular contacts with candidates and keeping them warm post offer acceptance.
Prepare internal and external job advertisement, Web posting, specifications for external recruitment job boards.
Sourcing profiles from Job Portals & references. Short listing the profiles as per job description and job specification.
Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
