Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing & screening resumes for APAC staffing, conducting recruitment, scheduling & interviewing candidates, discussing offer both for junior and middle positions.
  • Assist in hiring by screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Developing innovative pre joining strategy, maintaining regular contacts with candidates and keeping them warm post offer acceptance.
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisement, Web posting, specifications for external recruitment job boards.
  • Sourcing profiles from Job Portals & references. Short listing the profiles as per job description and job specification.
  • Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
