Previous experience: End-to-end Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) experience within a technology product organization, with demonstrated capability to understand hiring needs, manage requisitions, and drive them to successful closure.

The job
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to provide temporary cover for 6-12 months. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent for software development roles, including positions focused on AI-driven applications.
The successful candidate will bring sound knowledge of hiring regulations and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), along with a strong commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners to ensure a positive people experience and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Source and attract high-quality technical talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry engagement
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, providing informed recommendations to hiring managers
Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, employees, and industry contacts
Monitor industry trends and labor market movements to remain competitive in talent attraction
Maintain accurate candidate data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes in collaboration with stakeholders
Deliver a strong, positive, and consistent candidate experience
Ensure a fair, unbiased, and inclusive recruitment process aligned with AVEVA's commitments to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing
Essential capabilities & skills
Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a comparable talent acquisition role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sourcing and networking expertise, particularly using LinkedIn and similar platforms
Solid understanding of recruitment practices and Indian labor laws
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday
Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Effective interviewing and offer negotiation capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Essential experience
6+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience within a technology product environment, ideally with global exposure
Strong experience hiring for Software Development roles, particularly within .NET / C# ecosystems and AI/ML application development

Hybrid working
