What You'll Do

As a Contract Technical Recruiter specializing in AI/ML and Product Engineering talent, you will play a critical role in enabling Teradata's next generation of AIdriven products and capabilities. You will:

  • Lead fullcycle recruitment for AI/ML Product Management, Machine Learning Engineering, Applied Science, MLOps, and advanced Product Engineering roles.
  • Drive hiring strategies that directly impact Teradata's ability to attract top technical talent in competitive global markets.
  • Build and execute datadriven recruitment plans aligned to headcount goals for assigned business units.
  • Manage a balanced requisition load to ensure high quality of hire and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through a structured, worldclass selection and interview process.

As we build out a dedicated team, you may initially manage fullcycle recruiting and will transition into a partnership model to attract the highestcaliber technical candidates.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with global Engineering, Product, and AI leadership teams, partnering directly with hiring managers driving Teradata's innovation agenda. You will be part of a transforming Talent Acquisition organization reporting into the TA leadership team, contributing to a modern, scalable, and strategic recruiting function.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 7+ years of inhouse/corporate recruiting experience within an enterprise software or advanced technology company.
  • Proven expertise hiring AI/ML, Product, and highly technical engineering roles.
  • Expertlevel knowledge of fullcycle recruitment including sourcing, competencybased assessment, networking, market intelligence, and offer management.
  • Strong ATS/CRM experience and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of the Business Intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning ecosystem.

  • A continuous improvement mindsetcomfortable adapting processes, driving efficiency, and improving quality of hire.
  • Bias toward action with creative approaches to sourcing and talent market engagement.
  • High integrity, strong relationshipbuilding skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Comfort working in a fastmoving environment undergoing transformation.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Thorough and efficient capture of candidate data and documentation in Teradata's CRM and ATS.
  • Provide regular hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the training, mentoring, and development of junior recruiters as needed.
  • Provide crossfunctional coverage for peers during peak hiring cycles.
