Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Recruiter who can take complete ownership of end-to-end technical hiring. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, high calling bandwidth, and the ability to evaluate candidates through structured telephonic interviews using company-provided tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates using platforms such as: LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, Resdex
- Conduct end-to-end technical recruitment, including: Sourcing, Screening, Candidate engagement, Interview scheduling
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to candidates for screening and follow-ups.
- Conduct telephonic technical interviews using:
- Company-provided GPT tools
- Structured question banks
- Effectively convince and close candidates, ensuring high joiner conversion.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in internal tracking systems.
- Take complete ownership of assigned roles and hiring targets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT roles).
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, ResDex..
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and candidate conversations confidently.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Comfortable using AI tools (GPT) and structured interview frameworks.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and dedicated to the role.

- Must have a personal laptop (company will not provide hardware).
- Minimum internet speed:20 Mbps (stable WiFi connection mandatory).
- Quiet, professional, and distraction-free work environment.
