Technical Recruiter

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
• Experience recruiting across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for APAC roles, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and other regional markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific hiring regulations and employment practices.
• Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet hiring KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across the APAC region.
