Role Description :-
The Technical Recruiter role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, remote position focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical professionals for a variety of client organizations. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings with clients, job description refinement, targeted candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. The Technical Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ensure an inclusive recruitment process, and provide timely updates on pipeline and hiring progress. This role also maintains accurate candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems, leverages digital tools and networks to build talent pools, and contributes to continuous improvements in recruiting processes and employer branding. Success in this position involves balancing candidate experience with client expectations while meeting hiring timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications :-
- Demonstrated skills in Recruiting and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to identify, assess, and engage technical talent across multiple disciplines.
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, DevOps, data, infrastructure) and related skill sets; prior experience recruiting in the tech sector is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
