Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role based in Hyderabad, India, with the flexibility to work from home on a partial schedule. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and place top technical talent. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The role also involves building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, maintaining relationships with candidates, and staying updated on industry and hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and general Recruiting processes
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment balancing multiple priorities
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Understanding of the technology industry and technical job roles is a plus
