Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in US and Canada staffing, particularly within the Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring for niche technical roles, strong understanding of employment types, and hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US and Canada regions, sourcing high-quality candidates for technical roles.
  • Work extensively on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, ensuring compliance and proper candidate engagement.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and project needs.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial screenings, and assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain strong pipelines for niche and high-demand roles within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles in line with client expectations and SLAs.
  • Handle offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate relationship management.
  • Stay updated with visa regulations and work authorization types (H1B, L1, GC, USC, TN, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in US/Canada IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
  • In-depth knowledge of US visa types (H1B, L1, Green Card, US Citizen, etc.).
  • Experience hiring for Capital Markets / Investment Banking clients (mandatory).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical roles (Java, .Net, Data, QA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
