Job Title: Technical Recruiter RPO (Global Enterprise Client)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a leading global cloud and enterprise technology organization through an RPO model. This role focuses exclusively on core technology hiring, partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality technical talent across multiple skill sets in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineering, platform, cloud, data, and infrastructure roles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Partner with engineering leaders and technical hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and technical expectations
  • Source top technical talent using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, referrals, and talent communities
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate technical interviews, gather structured feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with enterprise hiring standards
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and ensure SLA and compliance adherence
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights to internal and client stakeholders
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities as required

Qualifications & Experience
  • 48 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience hiring for technology-driven organizations (SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or product companies)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle technical recruitment processes
  • Hands-on expertise in sourcing strategies, technical screening, and role-specific hiring nuances
  • Experience working with ATS/HRIS and modern recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and ownership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
