Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for APAC clients.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, communication, and client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and onboarding timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

Work on multiple technologies and requirements simultaneously.

Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills

6 Months to 2 Years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.

Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment lifecycle.

Experience working on APAC requirements is preferred.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
