Role Overview

Weare seeking Solution-Based Proposal Writers with hands-on experience in crafting technically sound, architecture-driven, and implementation-focused proposals for web and mobile application projects.

Thisrole is criticalto supporting our growing volumeof RFPs that require deep technical articulation rather than generic or marketing-driven content. The ideal candidate will

independently transform technical inputs into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, solution-oriented proposal content for web and mobile application RFPs (government and enterprise).

Write and own key proposal sections, including:

Technical Approach & SolutionArchitecture Scope of Work & Deliverables

Project Management & Staffing Plan Risk Management & Quality Assurance

Translate complex technical inputs into structured, client-friendly narratives.

Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to gather and refine technical inputs. Ensure responses are compliant, persuasive, and alignedwith RFP requirements.

Customize proposals based on client needs, avoiding over-reliance on templates. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualiflcations

1+years of experience in writing solution-based proposals for web and/or mobileapplication development projects.

Strong understanding of:

Webarchitectures (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud platforms)

Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)

SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), DevOps practices, and QA/testing approaches Demonstrated ability to write technical proposal sections independently.

Experience responding to government and/or enterprise RFPs is highly preferred. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and structure.

Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and extract meaningful inputs.

Preferred Qualiflcations

Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or custom application development domains Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with compliance-driven RFP environments
