Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager who thrives in challenging, dynamic environments to oversee multiple programs within India Operations.
This role is key to driving and enabling large and complex strategic initiatives across various business units and functions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building relationships and partnerships, tracking progress through digital tools, and communicating with the broader team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross Functional Teams, facilitate decisions, drive alignment and execution

  • Influence a large and diverse team without authority

  • Proficient in Program Planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk management

  • Spot gaps in existing process and initiate continuous improvement programs to develop new processes

  • Self starter, Problem solving, conflict resolution skills

  • Work collaboratively across multiple business units and functions to drive initiatives and facilitate effective communication and alignment.

  • Knowledge of regulatory, ecosystem and Operational limitations in a large organization

  • Possess Technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment

  • Utilize expert-level PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in program management.

  • Demonstrate High integrity and adherence to company policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving technical programs.

  • Extensive experience working across business units and functions to drive program success.

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and drive initiatives with little guidance

  • Exceptional relationship-building and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Expertise in managing digital tools for tracking program progress, such as project management software and collaboration platforms.

  • High-level PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create high-impact presentations that tell a compelling story.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (Masters Engineering, etc.)

  • Certifications in project management, Six Sigma, Agile, etc (e.g., PMP, PgMP)

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, external benchmarking, and strategic planning
