Technical Project Manager

Job Scope :

The role requires strong project management expertise, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring scope, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities to align with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented and completed on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support innovation initiatives and ensure delivery of value-driven outcomes for clients.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of relevant software and hardware technologies used in IT engineering projects.
• Familiarity with system architecture, infrastructure, and solution design concepts.

Project Management Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL).
• Project planning, scheduling, and milestone management.
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Budget tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience :

• B.E / MCA / Graduation / Diploma in Engineering
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical project management or IT engineering environments
