About XLINQ
XLINQ builds enterprise software for high-trust, mission-critical environments. We enable digital transformation through composable, model-driven services that protect high-value assets with security, compliance, and control by design.
Our mission is to radically simplify and automate the end-to-end software development process from requirements engineering to deployment using our unique Business-Code and generation-based development platform. We help organisations build complex, bank-grade systems with higher quality, faster delivery cycles, and dramatically reduced complexity.
Our customers include leading banks, financial institutions, energy companies, and public-sector organisations. XLINQ is a spin-off from ING Bank, combining banking-domain expertise with experience in building and maintaining mission-critical transactional platforms.
We foster a diverse, inclusive work culture where different perspectives and backgrounds fuel innovation. We believe great teams build great solutions.
What will you do
As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional software initiatives in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are non-negotiable.
You plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You play a key role in ensuring XLINQ's model-driven technology is delivered reliably in complex, regulated client environments. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards, while fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and continuously improving the way we deliver software.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, multi-disciplinary software projects.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, analysts, QA, and product stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Facilitate project ceremonies including planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track project progress, KPIs, and delivery health using dashboards and structured reporting.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control where applicable.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders and clients.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining delivery practices.
- Contribute to strengthening XLINQ's project delivery standards and ways of working.
