Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, with emphasis on AI based solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans
- Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and delivery
- Ensure smooth integration of AI models into production systems
- Drive agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics of AI-driven systems
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, computer vision)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Working experience in BFSI would be an added advantage
- PMP / PRINCE 2 Certified
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM I)
