Our Technical Project Managers bridge engineering execution with business outcomes—driving agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and on-time, on-budget project success for high-impact digital initiatives across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects—from scope definition and resource planning to go-live and post-launch support—ensuring alignment with business goals and SLAs.
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, product) using Agile/Scrum frameworks; run sprint rituals, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to maintain velocity.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans; track progress via Jira/Confluence and report risks, blockers, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal leadership to manage scope, timelines, and budget; drive change control processes to minimize scope creep.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, code quality gates, and compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR) as applicable.
- Coach junior PMs and Scrum Masters; create reusable project templates, risk registers, and lessons-learned documentation to institutionalize delivery excellence.
