Job Description:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience - PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/PSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
- Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Budget management experience for projects ranging $500K - $5M+
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development best practices Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate forecasting
- Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams Technical Leadership
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on .NET and Azure-based solutions
- Collaborate with architects and developers on technical design decisions
- Review technical specifications, architecture documents, and solution designs
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
- Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend appropriate technologies
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes Stakeholder Management
