Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver multiple technology-driven projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role involves hands-on project execution, stakeholder management, team leadership, and proactive risk management.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business functions.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, managing scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed, prioritized backlogs and ensure sprint readiness
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on technical requirements, deliverables, and dependencies
• Understand technical workflows, sequencing, and interdependencies to support accurate planning and risk mitigation
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, driving timely resolution with relevant teams
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, processes, and best practices
• Support teams in adopting and applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to improve efficiency and quality

• 4+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects
• At least 2 years of experience leading Agile teams in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and project management principles
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
• PMP, Scrum Master (SM), or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
