Role 2(Technical Project Manager, Loc-USA, Exp: 12 15 years)
Location: Kanasas (Work can be remote still mainly but good to be able to visit factories)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data projects, including Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse solutions.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Provide technical oversight and guidance on best practices in data engineering, cloud architecture, and data management.
Develop and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Databricks, and other relevant tools.
Optimize data storage and retrieval performance, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Strong hands on experience in Azure Data Platform
Plan, manage, and deliver our NA ERP transformation Enterprise Reporting workstream development.
Oversee and validate vendor deliverables, ensuring accuracy and driving progress to recover delayed project timelines.
Daily collaboration with external developers and regular connect with program management office and business stakeholders.
Report project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolutions.
Ensure clear communication and end-to-end mapping documentation throughout the project.
Utilize project management processes and tools as agreed in the program.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical project management in ERP transformation project reporting stream.
Excellent organizational and communication skills , with a strong capability to manage conflicts and perform effectively under pressures.
Good domain knowledge about cost and profitability reporting.
