The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical projects and delivering results on time and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, clients, and management, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including project updates and performance metrics.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical background in software development or IT infrastructure.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
