Summary
Responsible for planning, leading, and delivering software projects by coordinating crossfunctional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and ensuring highquality outcomes that meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and manage the work of developers, testers, and other team members throughout the SDLC.
- Track progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Facilitate regular ceremonies/meetings (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, status reviews).
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, deployment, and transition to support/operations.
- Ensure documentation, change management, and compliance with internal standards and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 25+ years of experience in software development or IT projects, with at least some experience in a coordinating or lead role.
- Proven experience managing software or IT projects, preferably with Agile methods.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities
- Risk management, problemsolving, and decisionmaking under time and resource constraints.
