Responsibilities

- Projects delivered on time with minimal operational disruption.
- Improved coordination between engineering and support teams.
- Reduced backlog of operational action items.
- Clear visibility into risks impacting production and delivery.
- Strong trust and credibility with SRE and support organizations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Direct experience working with:
- SRE teams OR
- Production Support / Operations teams (L1/L2/L3).
- Strong understanding of:
- Production systems and live service environments
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
