Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and take corrective actions
Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Manage project documentation, reporting, and status updates
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines
Guide and mentor team members to improve productivity and efficiency
Handle stakeholder management and ensure customer satisfaction
