Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 2+ years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software project delivery (Web/Mobile Applications)
- Gather and document business & technical requirements
- Create project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams
- Track project progress and manage risks/issues
- Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-launch activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
- Basic technical knowledge of web/mobile technologies (React, .NET, Node, APIs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or a software development company
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
