Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, fostering long- term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project retrospectives and client feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage scope changes and negotiate effectively to align business and client priorities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or related roles in IT/software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven track record managing international client accounts and complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
