Job description
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of solar/hybrid solar projects.
- Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Utilize a deep understanding of solar and battery technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles.
- Mobilize resources (equipment/ manpower/ subcontractors/ logistics/ administrative) required for project implementation on sites ensuring optimal cost and quality.
- Supervision of all civil, electrical and mechanical work on sites.
- Ensuring that all works are carried out strictly in accordance with approved specifications.
- Prepare and submit all daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as internally and externally required.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Provide suggestions on improving the quality of works or cost reduction or project schedule optimization or new technologies.
