Job Description
Role: Technical Program/project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid - Wed/Thursday in Hyderabad, Telangana
We are seeking a Technical Program/project Manager to lead large-scale technical programs across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role will focus heavily on AWS, data engineering platforms, cloud technologies, and customer-facing technology initiatives in an enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate comes from a product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven organization and has experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.
- Drive programs involving AWS, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and microservices.
- Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive Agile execution, program governance, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate global/onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of Technical Program Management or similar experience.
- Experience in enterprise/large-scale environments.
- Experience delivering data-driven platforms or data engineering programs.
- Strong exposure to AWS/cloud platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven company background strongly required.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred
- Credit bureaus / financial services / fintech.
- Global distributed teams.
- Offshore/onshore delivery models.
- PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
