Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software
development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background,
excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end technology projects.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Track project progress and manage risks and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in project management in a tech company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of web/mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
- Familiarity with fintech systems and security frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO, RBI).
- Experience in fintech or financial services projects.
