Role Overview
We are seeking a
senior Technical Program / Project Manager with deep expertise in
SAP Central Finance (CFin) to lead complex, enterprise-scale finance transformation programs. This role sits at the intersection of
SAP Finance architecture, program governance, and stakeholder leadership, driving predictable delivery across multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.
You will own end-to-end program executionfrom planning and dependency management to financial governance and executive reportingwhile partnering closely with SAP Finance leaders and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead large-scale SAP Central Finance / SAP S/4HANA Finance programs across multiple workstreams and geographies.
- Own program planning, execution, timelines, quality, cost, and risk management using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, process gaps, and integration challenges; drive mitigation plans and resolution.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary interface between Finance leadership, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Provide clear, structured, and timely communication to senior stakeholders through dashboards, status reports, and leadership reviews.
- Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
SAP Finance & Central Finance Focus
- Lead programs involving Central Finance landscape design, system integration, data replication, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with SAP Finance leaders to ensure alignment with financial controls, compliance, and transformation objectives.
- Drive coordination across SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, and adjacent systems.
Program Operations & Reporting
- Oversee program artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, leadership decks, and process documentation.
- Ensure all program documentation is version-controlled, audit-ready, and easily accessible.
- Capture key decisions, actions, and outcomes through structured meeting notes and communications.
Financial & Resource Management
- Partner with application and finance leaders to manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and timely availability of skills required to meet delivery milestones.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- 1015 years of experience leading complex IT programs or projects in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing SAP Finance programs, with strong exposure to SAP Central Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong command of program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent PM platforms.
- MBA (Finance) preferred.
