Job Description: BSS Provisioning Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving all initiatives in the BSS (Business Support System) Provisioning, of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains from full lifecycle of program/project management, planning, and execution angle for customer program/projects.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for full lifecycle execution of programs/projects in BSS Provisioning of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains.
- Ensure that all program/projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing program/program/project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed program/program/project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in program/project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure program/project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and manage escalation with help of senior management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize program/project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program/project documentation.
Manage all aspects of BSS, Provisioning, Mediation/Charging systems of 3G/4G/5G
