We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs where applicable.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Proven success delivering software development, ERP, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in budgeting and cost control in IT projects.
