Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in .NET and Java technologies to lead and drive complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent people skills, and a proven ability to manage software teams while contributing to code quality through reviews and development support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Drive end-to-end project execution planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams ensuring high performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure projects meet internal and client quality standards.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs).
• Participate in architectural discussions and solution design.
• Perform code reviews and enforce code quality and best practices.
• Mentor and guide developers, enabling skill development and technical growth.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Hands-on Coding & Review:
• Contribute actively to backend development in .NET and/or Java.
• Perform in-depth code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and secure coding practices.
• Debug and resolve critical technical issues during development and post-production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• .NET Technologies: ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Java Technologies: Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Microservices.
• Front-end knowledge (Angular/React) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps culture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is preferred.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a bonus.
• Project Management Tools:
• JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps.

Methodologies:

• Agile/Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile ceremonies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
