TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - Python

Role: Technical Project Manager

Experience: 12–18 Years

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Technical Manager, providing direction to development teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation

Collaborate closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering Teams for solution alignment

Drive project planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting across all phases

Define and manage project success criteria (scope, cost, quality, timelines, and performance)

Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively

Identify and eliminate team impediments to ensure smooth execution

Ensure strong stakeholder communication, project governance, and status visibility

Lead client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and delivery confidence

Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development

Required Skills & Experience

12–18 years of IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Project Management / Delivery roles

Strong technical foundation with background in development or solution design (Java, .NET, or similar)

Proven ability to operate as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager

Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams

Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and governance

Should have executed on Fixed price project end to end.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Should have experience in using Gen AI Tools.

Should have managed FPP or Fixed capacity projects

Should have experience in managing the external customers.

Should have experience in application development skills.
